The Details ~ Reception
The reception is sometimes over-looked as far as stationery design goes, because many venues offer to supply menu cards and place cards in their overall fee. These are however, usually fairly unimaginative designs and will not solicit remarks of admiration from your guests.
The designs you might need for your reception include:
Menus - These are usually placed one per table (depending on the size of the table) so guests can see what they are going to be served
Place Cards - Place cards or Name cards are placed on the table where each guest is sitting, usually accompanied by a favour for the guest to take home
Table names / Numbers - A fun trend is to name each table, but you can also just number them
Seating Chart - The seating chart is placed near the entrance and lists every guests name under a table number or name so they know where to sit
Bathroom Box labels - If you opt to have Bathroom Boxes or Baskets (a place for little "emergency" items guests may need during the night) you'll want a sign on each explaining what it is, and you can match this to your theme
Mr & Mrs chair signs - a cute idea to distinguish the Bride and Groom's seats, is to have matching signs n the back that say "Mr" and "Mrs".

Planning Tip
- It's a good idea to have the Seating Chart by the entrance door, and you could also try to have a layout of the room instead of just a list of names so guests can find their tables more easily
